First time purchasing a gift for my colleague from Label of Love Studio. I want to acknowledge the high level of customer service quality that I received from Audrey. She is very genuine and patience. There were a few problems with my purchase. Firstly, customized product was not up to standard, QC checked and I got a refund. Secondly, both of us were oversea but package was returned. Because I wrote the postal code wrongly causing some inconvenience, but Audrey is able to rectify and update me. Very positive interactive and I will be back in future.
