Jan did everything that she could to help my husband correct a mailing address error which was our fault. Despite the mistake, she contacted UPS repetitively to try to change the address. She even offered to send a replacement. We were very impressed with her commitment to customer service. We did receive the tool despite the mistake and want to thank Jan again for all of her help.
