He even went out of his way to get the order processed that same day so that we could get them in time for our event. I never received my order. Please help. I have a wedding soon.

These are not plumes they are spade feathers with a visible blood line. They are much thinner in width than a plume feather. 1. When I ordered the shipping was supposed to be 2-days for 3/7. The package arrived 3.16. I contacted the seller on 3.7 to get the tracking info since it had not arrived. It wasn’t until I contacted PayPal that the seller responded to me 3 days later. The seller said the order was delayed and that they sent it out expedited 2 day… when it did not arrive on the stated date I again contacted the seller who has not yet responded. I informed the seller that when the package arrived it was five days beyond my event and I asked about the refund policy both before and after the package arrive and to date the seller still has not responded. Don’t buy from this seller the pain and the price are too much for a subpar product. Save yourself the headache.
