Lemon Honey from Silver Dollar City

I purchased the Lemon Honey from Silver Dollar City and was so excited to use it in my tea. However, when I got home and used the one I purchased, it was so strong that it overpowered my tea and something caused my tongue & throat to tingle for the rest of the day. I tried using less of it but got the same result. I talked to my daughter and neither of us had that result after trying the sample at Silver Dollar City. I don't know if I got a bad sample or a bad jar, but I'm not sure what I'll be able to use this jar of Lemon Honey for. Very disappointed and sad. I used the regular honey for tea and cooking and it is wonderful, I should have just ordered 2 of the regular honeys.
