I've been doing Kathy Smith's workouts since 1992. They are still my favorite indoor cardio.

These just seem like leftover dvd's from the 90's. I thought they'd update them.

I love Kathy Smith! I have always trusted her and her workouts. No matter how many times I may have branched out and tried other instructors, I always come back to Kathy. The workouts are safe, fun, effective, and I feel like I'm working out with an old and dear friend!
