I'm really sensitive to iron supplements, and this one is very gentle. No discomfort. Highly recommend.

I like it very much. It fortifies my body and gives me a sense of grounding and well being. I mainly drink it for the iron because I am not a big red meat eater. It always gives me good results. Thank you.

Seems like a good tonic for general health. I must admit I found the Kosher dietary law directions strangely odd.
