Kathy Smith is one of my favorite fitness guides. She is more than an instructor. This video is easy to follow, I'm 61 yrs of age and find the routine challenging and fun. Love the camera moves. The setting is lively almost like a party and the moves are perfect for my goals of whole body fitness, raising the heart rate and stimulating dopamine. I appreciate the advance notice of countdowns and description of the next move so that my brain has time to process the upcoming move change and follow it without confusion. Way to keep us enthusiastic about fitness Ms. Smith and team.
