SImply the best fish batter on the market
Our friends and family from Jacksons Restaurant in Richmond, KY introduced us to this fish batter flour. So easy and simply the best crust you can put on seafood for a beer batter. Also if you 3-stage batter like I do for my Italian-American Seven Fishes Fried Shrimp for Christmas Eve, it takes all the guesswork out for seasoning. Just use this as your first stage, egg wash second, then italian breadcrumbs third. You don't need to add a thing and the shrimp are perfect. Oh by the way, for your beer batter - replace half your beer with vodka, the alcohol evaporates faster and you end up with a crust so crispy it shatters like glass. Great stuff, get you some already!

Best Batter Out There!
This batter can be used on multiple things not just fish. Try it on squash, green maters, chicken, shrimp, and so on! I have bought it numerous times over the years. When I can't find it at Piggly Wiggly in West Virginia, I buy it straight from the company. They're great to work with! Dave in Williamstown WV!
