Love their prodcut but...

In the era of gotta have it now SudzBox does not adhere to anything close to that in my experience. I have two orders outstanding now for over a month. I really do not mind paying for shipping and having to wait but having to wait for a month is a bit excessive.

Love the products, but zero customer service.

I have not been able to get this product in almost two months as you have been out, so I emailed you to see when it’d be in, and no response. I emailed again, then Googled your phone number and left a msg, and then asked again on one of your Instagram posts….not a single response.
