Worst company I've ever dealt with. They claim to have excellent customer service, but nobody replied any of my multiple (10+) attempts to contact them by every available option listed. I think they only shipped it out because I threatened a lawsuit. The urn itself, is great, but not worth the torture of dealing with this company that claims to have wonderful customer service, and fast processing, then disappears for weeks with no updates, or even a hint that you will ever get the urn, let alone on time, or are even dealing with a real company. I had every reason to believe they were stealing my money. Then I read their reviews. Horrible. Never again. Save yourself the trouble.
