4mm Titanium Ring Core Blank Inlay Channel Comfort Dome Fit

I ordered a titanium ring and when I got it it’s clearly stainless steels and it says made in china. I thought you made this blanks yourself. I can order from china if I knew that’s where you get them. Very disappointed.
