Very soft, beautiful quality as always. I did think this was going to be a round hard hat, but it is not, it is soft and folding, but good quality. Fits well for a small to medium size women's head. This is the second product I have bought from this company, the best fake fur, very lush, and soft, and NEVER SMELLS BAD!!!!! <3 Would buy from here again (at some point I am coming back for more coats), and would suggest others to go for it.
