I tried the best rated pillows of 2025 and found this to be the best for me and my partner. I am a side sleeper who has headaches often and my partner is a back sleeper who gets about 2 degrees warmer when he falls asleep. The cooling gel is honestly so so good! Cooled my partner well enough that we didn't have to open the window at night! And really helped me when my headaches and migraines hit. It is quite firm, but honestly I like it as a side sleeper, helps my shoulder to not collapse and round over when sleeping. It was a bit too much for my partner who is a back sleeper though. I would and will buy this again for guests and as presents.
