A bit disappointed. These shuttles were not quite as responsive compared to a low cost feather and unfortunately the duck feathers lost their shape pretty quickly. They didn’t last as long as I had hoped. All shuttles were used in doubles games at amateur/club level.

Great Customer Service

Even though it had delays in delivery due to stock issue, customer service was very helpful and upgraded ordered item.

Poor customer service

Shuttles took over 3 weeks to arrive. Free gifts were offered on checkout however they were not packed in the order. Customer services not particularly helpful, just defensive.
