Assassin Snail (Anentome helena)

Great delivery/lazy snails

So I ordered assassin snails to take care of an invasive snail infestation in my take. Splashy Fish did a great job with delivery and communication during the process. The snails arrived healthy and acclimated to my tank seamlessly. Unfortunately, the assassin snails don’t seem interested in hunting and my infestation continues. I think they’d rather make fiend (see picture). Overall, I would still order from them again. Just wish I could solve my snail problem.

I am sorry to say

I ordered 3 assassin snails for 31 dollars. My order never came. I ordered them again and they still did not come, so I emailed the customer service for Splashy and finally they had my order shipped. It arrived during the snow storm late in the evening after 5:00pm. It was packaged well with a little heat pad, but it was still a bit chilly. Only one assassin snail was alive. The other two were dead. The one living assassin snail is in my tank and doing well.
