They overcharged my card by nearly $900AUD, they have admitted and acknowledged this in writing, they told me the money would be refunded in 1 - 2 business days … that was almost 2 weeks ago. I have not seen the refund and all I keep getting our excuses and delays. Time to escalate this claim.
