Garlic Ghee

I struggle to find this ghee in stores so I decided to order directly from the manufacturer. The ghee arrived with dented lid ajar and ghee oozing out. I immediately took pictures and reached out to customer service to find out if it was safe to eat. They responded at first. They asked if the side strip was ripped. I responded that it was not but that the lid was partially off the jar and sent pics. I asked if it was safe to eat. No response. I tried again after a few days. No response. I am deeply disappointed at this lack of professionalism or even care or concern for their customers and their product. I don’t think I’ve run into customer service this poor in decades. Very very disappointing.
