I stared taking this as it was a suggested plan to better my microbiome diversity. It is very easy to take. I add to my greek yoghurt and once mixed you wouldn’t notice it was there.

Tastes great! Haven't seen any noticeable results yet, but I've only been taking it for 2 months.
