This is my first time ever trying seamoss and I can feel the difference after 2 weeks. I take the Maca Damiana in the morning and this at night. I love her products. I will definitely be ordering more!!

This review reflects the poor customer service I’ve experienced with OneRoot and a recent order. I understand mistakes happen; I was sent the wrong product. When I reached out about it twice, I never received a response from anyone. Suddenly I got an email a replacement order would be shipping, however, it’s now been nearly a week since then and no movement on the shipment, it’s still in a label created status and has not shipped. When I reached out about this, again zero response or acknowledgment from anyone. I would like to get what I paid for or at least some response from someone. It’s definitely disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be shopping with OneRoot any longer. Hopefully they can take this feedback and use it to improve their communications with customers.
