I used to use the wet brush paddle but this is so much better for my hair with the open back. I have thick long blond hair so this does the trick as I am blow drying my hair.

I love this brush, it gets all the knots out of long hair with out breaking any of the hair off. Hair with lots of knots get them out no worries.
