Flare too big

The flare on these were way too big and I had to get replacements (flare was almost 2mm bigger than size ordered). Products listing mentions about pairs being matched as well as possible, but it should also include details of the flare size varying. Customer Services were really helpful though! They checked the flare sizes for a replacement and confirmed that the other stone products also varied in flare sizes, so put it down to the supplier being different from those that supply horn/wood products (where flare sizes aren't so drastic). Rated 2 stars rather than 1 because the plugs themselves were lovely, but the above is something to be mindful of when ordering.
