The BEST
I have purchased and tried twelve brown eye pencils from different brands. They are either so waxy you can't get them on well, or so soft that they are too much, and end up running. I have FINALLY found the perfect eye pencil.

Wrong Color
This could have been my mistake but I ordered the brown not the black. I received the black and didn’t notice it until I went to use it…it’s a great product and forgive me if I ordered the wrong color…in that case I slighted you an extra star…but I’m pretty sure I ordered the brown

At Last… The Perfect Pencil
