I like all your product. I thought they were wrong the first time they sent me the DD 14 fans, but I buy others and they come in the same style, a few months ago those fans were curlier now they come as if they were CC not very curly they changed to their provider or I don't know but they are not the same. The rest of the lashes are great!

I bought $150 worth of lashes and the size 14 0.03 DD they gave me the wrong ones, the label said correct but the lashes were not correct because I often bought there and the ones they sent me were not curlys. I think they got confused and sent me CC because I compared and they are not as curly as the old ones I have I call and they told me that they would give me others it is the moment that they have not given me anything I sent them an email and they have not answered me. I agree that anyone makes mistakes but they have to provide a solution to the client.
