I bought my mother one for her Xmas, after buying myself one the previous year. I love it, so comfortable and warm to wear, I even wear it when cold water swimming. My mother was delighted with hers too.

Brilliant customer service.

Ordered a beret for a Christmas present, unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour, customer service lovely staff couldn't have been more helpful, the correct colour was sent immediately without me having to return the other one first. The lovely girl then sent a return label for me to post back whenever I was ready. Excellent, so nice to actually speak to a human instead of a computer.
