I love the idea of powders instead of syrups because they are just cleaner and don't need to be refrigerated and I'm guessing they last longer. However, this cocoa one doesn't really stand up well with espresso, but I'm sure it would make a nice hot cocoa, but that's not what I was really going for with it.
