UV2 marabou
Works just like ordinary marabou but with the added attraction of UV. Not sure I would go to the trouble and expense of I was a ten dozen a day tyer but for my own box nothing but the best.

Nice stuff
Been tying a while and am very particular with Marabou. It is not all the same. This UV2 for me is a step up and saves me time and material. When used marabou is usually the number 1 ingredient in a fly. If it isn’t right and doesn’t breathe right the fly is much less effective. It cannot be stiff it has to breathe. This UV2 does. The stems are fluffy without being too pointed. Usually I spend quite a bit of time preparing my marabou, not so much with this. Very good stuff. For the most productive fly there is, the woollybugger, takes on new life.

UV Marabou
I used the UV Marabou I'm white for some baitfish patterns for silver salmon in Alaska and in purple for surface poppers and both worked amazingly well. It's hard to decipher how different or how much better UV is, but my gut tells me that it helps so I'll keep using it!
