Nature's Spirit Ostrich Herl Plume

Hurl this herl

I was greatly disappointed with the quality of Nature's Spirit Ostrich Herl. First, I ordered the color brown and it arrived a orange-light brown, which was great for some crawfish patterns I needed to tie, but not the color I expected. Second, the plume itself was narrow and the herls were 2-3 inches long, thus needing to use 3 or 4 to tie one fly. Overall, i only had enough usable material to tie about 20 flies. I am used to big, beautiful plumes with herl 4-5 inches long and lots of usable material. This nature's spirit stuff had the quality only suited for the trash can. I am now dubious about other products they put out.
