Poor Shipping Practices

I ordered my hooks on a Friday evening and paid expedited shipping. You filled the order on a Monday and mailed the hooks on a Tuesday. The hooks arrived 7 days after order on Friday afternoon. This is not expedited service. I wrote a complaint and received the message that they would “take it upstairs” whatever that means. I have been a loyal customer or should say I was a loyal customer. There are many other places to purchase my materials.

Right hook for the job, I think

I watched their video for the Foamerger, and could not locate the named hook. I chose these instead and so far they've worked fine.
