Great material- order screw up

I messed up my original order. First submitted order used a cancelled card. I called twice, emailed and received no answer. Not real good customer follow up. I know you are slammed. I re ordered. I received a “ DOUBLE ORDER.” Had to pay to return. Didn’t need to say Oh Well and stock the materials. I was frustrated and paid more than I should have to return the duplicate. Please look into the Black Hole of your answering machine, who is screening and why there is no follow up. You folks are fantastic! I wish you all the best and appreciate your shop
