Not bright enough

I scattered a pound over a small area of regular rock and unless you are standing right over it you would never notice these. I’ll see if any guests notice these sometime this summer but I’m not counting on it. I also purchased 4lbs of the larger, smooth 2” stones which I scattered in the stone landscape rock around our pool and same thing.
