While expensive the top soil for lawn cares certainly does the job. We are in a drought with 100 degree weather and are not supposed to water. I put the Wonder Soil on two sections of my yard and even without water the grass became green again and lost the crunchy feel when it was walked on.

Used this soil for reseeding a bare area good results then used another product to cover another area poor results, got another bag to cover second area so far I’m very happy with results
