replacement board

I had an issue with my WASD keys not functioning right or not registering, sent out an email, and had my new replacement in less then 3 days and only had to pay the shipping, wonderful replacement going on a week strong no issues at all.

We got my son a keyboard for Christmas and a few weeks later there was an issue with the space bar due to a small piece breaking. I sent an image in and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded quickly and sent a new keyboard. Very good service!! And my son loves the interchangeable keys.
