New Bridge

Hello, I have received and installed the new bridge and it was working great, but now on my phone app, I am not getting login info. I get a text that it has been unlocked by someone but when I go to the log, it says “Empty Log”. What can I do to fix it?

Not so easy to get working

This is my second bridge for this lock. The first stopped working a year after I bought it so I bought a replacement bridge. That one I was able to pair according to the app but it did not show the green status lights until I contacted support and they pushed beta bridge firmware. It is working now, but because this bridge was so much effort it's hard to rate it more than 2 or 3 stars which is unfortunate. A little more attention to the small details and it could have been a 5 star device. Another small thing I notice is there are 2 icons on the front of the device for WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity but also, unfortunately, these are not very legible and it's hard to read them when they are not lit, unless you are at eye level and close to the device. A bit more attention to details like this would make it a 5 star product.
