The instructions aren’t clear

When I purchased the lock it was t indicated that I would need the bridge to control remotely. After several calls where I was given a different answer each time, I was finally told I needed to bridge took multiple attempts to get it to work. Same when my WiFi had to be reset.

New Bridge

Hello, I have received and installed the new bridge and it was working great, but now on my phone app, I am not getting login info. I get a text that it has been unlocked by someone but when I go to the log, it says “Empty Log”. What can I do to fix it?
