Terrible buying experience

I wish I could give this bike a GREAT rating, but since they initially shipped us the wrong one, I cannot. So many concerns with this purchase - they didn't believe me when I said it was the wrong one, tried to get me to keep the bike that they mistakenly sent - which is FAR too big for me, and then I had to wait until they got the tracking number for our return, following which they no longer had the bike in stock that I had ordered - that they didn't ship me. I'm hopeful that the bike that's on the way (in another color) is correct, but my confidence is pretty low at this point.
