A BELT AND A BOLSTER

I am super happy with the yoga belt. Quality is excellent and the eight foot length and extra width makes it easy to tie myself up for supta baddha konasana. Also easy to slip my feet through the eight inch loop at one end for hamstring stretches. I also bought the avani yoga bolster some time ago and it too is excellent, covered with a sturdy fabric, and has held its firmness through almost two years of daily use. And, they are made in Hamilton, my old home town, which makes it even sweeter.
