7X Merlot with Heart Dents - She Loves It!

I worked with Shauna and Brandon at the Cow Lot to make a great V-Day gift. On Tiki Tok, I saw a CL video and I was surprised by a video showing the creation of a Rodeo King 7X Merlot hat with puffy heart-shaped dents. I had not seen them puffy before, and I decided to get one made at CL for my wife. I placed the order on line with ease and worked with Shauna to get the specifications just right, including a Minick crease and 4" relaxed taco brim. Brandon then shaped it to perfection. Shauna found a great beaded headband in CL stock to match it. The process was easy, the communication was great, and the product was perfect. Thanks Cow Lot for making my wife (and me) happy on V-Day.

Loving the hat, and the service
