Ella Balayage Full Volume Topper

The color os not how it appears in the picture. How do I return this. I also do not have a store near me. Color is much darker then appears. Almost black.

I felt the roots were too dark and I needed some highlights around my face. The color was pretty and true to how it looked in the pictures. I requested an exchange for a Mila balayage

Love the color and fullness. I now have my dream hair!
