The product is nice, but getting in touch with the company is not possible. Three times I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and yet no one connected to help me. So, the call recommended the website to message them with a question or problem. I did this several times and was told the mailbox was full and the messsge couldn’t be delivered! Frustrating to say the least. So two months later I still have an issue NOT resolved.
