I must say this is my first time using the company and the service was outstanding. They almost nailed it perfectly the 1st time. Within a half inch on my waist and chest. Had a new suit that fit exactly in 4 days. The customer service was fantastic very communicative. I worked with Tessa, she deserves a huge raise for whomever sees this. I had initially not put rush order on my order and needed the suit in 3 weeks for my wedding. Tessa got me pushed to the front of the mine for a small fee and it worked out perfectly. Thanks again for making me look as good as my bride on our special day. I'll sing your praise forever!

My wedding suit is perfect

My whole experience with Sartoro was exceptional, in every way. From the ease of ordering, to the high quality suit that arrived, the perfect fit when I tried it on for the first time. All of it. It was so easy, that I didn’t really trust it, and I kept an eye out for other options if the suit was funky when it arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d give 100. When I put it on, my fiancé flipped out. She had a small quibble with the buttons, which I had selected as a custom order, so I reached out to my customer service rep, Apple, and she sent me a replacement packet of buttons immediately, easy peasy.
