MY MAGIC INGREDIENT!

I discovered Essential Cuisine Glaces (chicken, duck, game etc) a couple of years ago and they have transformed my cooking……the added flavour is fantastic and I really cant live without them for everything from risottos and soups through to casseroles and sauces…….
