Heavy Cream Powder

I had never heard of heavy cream powder. It sounded convenient so I ordered a bag. It is so easy to mix up when I need it. I’m sold. I’ll order another as soon as this one is gone

I didn't know this existed. I never have cream in the refrigerator, or even whole milk, preferring oat milk. Occasionally I see a recipe I'd like to try, for scones or something like that, but don't have the cream. I reconstituted a cup of this per instructions, keeping it overnight before using, and it worked like it said it would.
