Heavy Cream Powder

I steadily purchase Heavy Cream Powder both for its shelf stability and purity...no added gums, thickeners, carrageenan (which bothers my already lactose intolerant stomach more than the dairy). This particular batch seems to creamier and have more butter notes than usual, perhaps from the time of year harvested. Honestly, it tastes so good I drink more coffee/tea even though the weather is warm. Highly recommend this, just be sure to mix it with hot/warm liquid first for a minute or two for it to rehydrate, then I suggest an electric whisk/frother for best mixing and texture.

This works wonderfully to make carnivore pancakes and other carnivore type goods also works wonderful as a coffee or tea creamer. Great flavor and mixes well, no clumps. Love it!

Easy to store, easy to reconstitute, easy to transport, easy to love! When I need heavy cream I rarely use the whole carton, so I inevitably end up pouring half away weeks later. I was a little hesitant to use this in recipes but it has been a great way to add the heavy cream in the amount I need without wasting unused portions.
