Kitchari (Khichadi), Certified Organic

I had never made kitchari and this and the kitchari spice made it practically an instant meal. I sautéed a big leek before adding the grains and finished with some kale and ghee to add more nutrients. This meal is deeply soothing to my vata imbalanced digestion.

Delicious, great to have the mix on hand for an elaborate meal or for a quick week night dinner.

Excellent kitchari - very high quality and versatile. This is our favorite for breakfast and we always look forward to it.
