Excited to try these varietals of ghee

My husband and I are on high nutrient/protein/fat and fiber diets. I’m recuperating from near-death Septic Shock and my husband has been told he’s in great shape but with his family history of diabetes needs to watch his diet. I used Pure Indian’s Digestive Ghee to brown these duck legs before braising them in chicken broth. I served them with a mango chutney and with a yogurt raita made with Pure Indian’s Mango Pickle and cucumber. With a small salad, it was a luxurious spa meal, and that’s the best way to get and stay on a healthy diet — deliciousness.
