Carnivorous Journey Begins

This is a great kit to start my carnivorous plants journey. A very good value. Everything you need is included, a container, the soil, and 3 plants. Unfortunately one of the ping plants died a week after setup, but a replacement was shipped out after contacting support. I would definitely recommend this kit and will be purchasing more plants from California Carnivores.

Perfect set-up, beautiful plants!

I got way more than I bargained for. Most of the plants had extra “daughters” that came with it. Having the soil come with it was perfect! My little “pings” have been thriving with beautiful, iridescent dusty rose leaves. I would say that watching Damon’s video on planting the pings is important, since you need to put a bit of sphagnum on the bottom before adding the soil.
