Wow, absolutely delicious! Makes a simple salad more exciting. I want to read more of how to use it in different ways, especially since it sounds like there is a significant history of use.

Absolute must for our pantry. This is an excellent brand as well an upper medium flavor profile in comparison to other brands; which I prefer, and I like the size bottle too. It’s easy to pour from and control a nice drizzle on say, popcorn or whatnot. I like buy a few so that they stay sealed and fresher longer compared to the larger size, which is a bargain until it oxidizes. So we really like this :)I trust this company as well, so overall it’s our new preferred brand for a number of pantry staples (but this one wins hands down!)
