I was a little surprised it wasn't quite as long as I thought, or holds quite as much hair as I thought - but it has ended up being the perfect addition with other items. I can still use it for all my hair but it works better paired with other options so that you use it in the middle of a pony or with the ends or a half up. It adds a really incredible look overall. I'm obsessed with the gold series in general.

The product itself is unique and beautiful. It is a bit heavy on the hair so if you have smooth or fine hair it might slip as you wear. I was expecting a bit more of reinforced strength. There is also no stamping verifying the authenticity or quality of the “14K Gold” plating. If you are contemplating trying multiple styles of these items, I would highly encourage you to only purchase one at a time. If you purchase 3 or more items in an order, the return policy will only let you return 2 items for full refund and all others will only be store credit. Overall, the quality and customer service is a bit questionable for the price point of these products. But, they are beautiful and unique! You will surely stand out and elevate your style with these items if they work for you!
