As written on box

If you think you can squeeze into this because it says it has 16% elastic, no you can't. The bottoms have a zipper closure and 0 stretch. The top bit is quite stretchy, so maybe that's where all the elastic is, but be very aware that you must fit between the recommended measurements in order to wear this.
