Gel printing

Wet strength tissue is great for gel printing and for collage useing the prints. Doesn't tear or disintergrate, perfect for me to use.

Luminous lanterns

Fun and memorable half term project with grandchildren making willow and tissue paper lanterns inspired by their love of sea creatures: cuttlefish, anglerfish and jellyfish. Wet strength tissue paper particularly easy to work with, giving a stable platform for adding paint and/or coloured tissue. As an added bonus we lit the lanterns with battery powered string lights and walked up and down the road after dark!
