Tourmalinated Quartz Double Flare Stone Plug

These came with a big chip out of it and really ruff in the center sharp edges where my ear is to rest. Not really wearable or at least comfortable to wear. Contacted them days ago still haven't got a response. Not happy at all with the product or the customer service for this one. Seriously thinking about not using this company any more
