The product is superb. I am in awe of the hand stitching and run my fingers over it thanking the beautiful artisan who stitched it. The communication was not so superb. Or rather non existent. I live on the other side of the planet and telephoned the store number on the website, no answer, left a phone message, no reply and emailed the enquire address. No acknowledgment. I managed to sort out delivery down under using my own contacts. I do not like writing publicly as I prefer direct communication. Product superb, communication not so much. Warmest regards
